Todd Heckman is a Manheim Township School Board candidate who brings decades of leadership, business expertise, and community service to his campaign. A 30-year resident of Manheim Township, Todd has dedicated more than 25 years to volunteer service in the community and is committed to ensuring that the district provides both exceptional educational opportunities and responsible governance.
Todd is a Principal and Owner of Eigen X LLC, a premier technology consulting company based in Philadelphia. Under his leadership, Eigen X has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work and Fastest Growing Companies in the region. He has over 30 years of technology and management consulting experience, working primarily in healthcare and higher education, and has held senior leadership roles with PwC, Grant Thornton, LECG, and Arthur Andersen. As a corporate educator, Todd has led workshops on leadership development, change management, conflict resolution, and building high performance teams. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University and a master’s degree from Penn State University.
From 2011 to 2016, Todd served as a Manheim Township School Director where he promoted fiscal responsibility, supported academic excellence, and worked to strengthen the district’s reputation for quality education. He has also served as a board member and volunteer youth sports coach for more than 15 years and is the current President of the MT Dugout Club, supporting Manheim Township High School baseball.
Todd is running for school board to bring experienced leadership and a common sense voice to the boardroom. His priorities include expanding academic and extracurricular opportunities to prepare students for real life success, promoting responsible fiscal management, attracting and retaining top educators and staff, and reducing the current board leadership’s focus on political extremes and divisive cultural issues.
Todd and his wife Tracy have raised their three children, Kyle, Alison, and Michael, all graduates of the Manheim Township School District. His deep community roots, proven leadership, and commitment to educational excellence make him uniquely qualified to serve the district with dedication and vision.
